LiFePO4 (LFP) Chemistry
Lithium iron phosphate cells deliver 8,000+ cycles at 95% depth of discharge — roughly 10 years of daily cycling. LFP is thermally stable, does not release oxygen under abuse, and tolerates charging down to −20 °C. No cobalt, no thermal runaway propagation, no compromise on safety.
Multi-Layer BMS Protection
Every pack carries a three-level battery management system: cell-level voltage and temperature monitoring, module-level balancing, and system-level communication with the inverter. Over-voltage, under-voltage, over-current, over-temperature and short-circuit protection all act in milliseconds, and strong cell-balance ability keeps the whole pack working at full capacity.
Air & Liquid Thermal Management
Residential and compact C&I systems use optimized air cooling with wide −20 °C to 55 °C operating windows. High-density commercial systems move to liquid cooling: coolant channels at pack level keep every cell within ±2 °C, which extends cycle life by up to 20% and enables 1C sustained charge and discharge in outdoor cabinets and containers.
5S Fire Suppression & Safety Design
Residential batteries feature built-in 5S automatic aerosol fire extinguishing — no plumbing, no maintenance, triggered by the BMS itself. Commercial systems add full-stack protection: cell/module/pack isolation, IP55 enclosures, and multi-state awareness with millisecond alerts covering smoke, gas, temperature and arc events.
Modular & Parallel Scalability
Start small, grow later. Residential units parallel up to 50 modules (5 kWh → 800 kWh); high-voltage towers up to 12 units; C&I cabinets up to 20 units. Plug-and-play stacking, automatic CAN/RS485 coordination and shared cloud monitoring make expansion a matter of adding hardware — not re-engineering the system.
Smart Monitoring & Cloud O&M
Wi-Fi + App for homeowners; 4G/Ethernet/RS485 gateways for commercial sites. Track state of charge, solar yield, self-consumption and system health in real time. Commercial platforms add AI-fine-tuned operation: predictive alerts, remote firmware updates and automated reports for installers, EPCs and utilities.
