Standard models start from a single unit for sample orders. OEM/ODM batches typically start at 20 units for residential models and 1 unit for C&I cabinets, depending on the model.
Do you support OEM branding?
Yes — enclosure color, logo, battery label, App/cloud branding, manuals and packaging can all be customized for your brand.
How long is the lead time?
Standard models ship within 7–15 days. Custom OEM orders typically take 25–40 days after drawing approval; C&I cabinets 30–45 days.
What warranty do you offer?
Standard warranty is 10 years / 8,000 cycles for residential LFP batteries and 5–10 years for commercial systems, depending on the product line. Extended warranty options are available for projects.
